personality and other notes

this is where i get to go crazy omg yay. writing so serious all the time makes me a dull girl /ref. when rena is first introduced shes very undecisive and this remains true to her character throughout all of her story! she doesnt know what she wants, only that she wants to 'succeed'. youll see what this means soon cause ill be explaining her story basically in this section more than her 'personality' but youll get to know her throughout this. shes really hyper and obsessive and adhdpilled, basically jumping around a room at any given moment cannot sit still. pretty pinkie pie pilled, she cant take things seriously for shit but in alot less of an empathetic way she will just tell you to shut up and let her keep talking. very self centered basically!

anyways. when shes introduced, its in an apartment filled with trash, alone, in filthy clothes and just. not living her best life tbf. she get added to a memo with her other sessionmates and they all submit their addresses to play the game and yeah they play it buut her server player gets caught up w/ something irl with his dad and she ends up dying (also because of a nat1 roll LOL) so her story really starts in the dream bubbles. she wakes up crying and sobbing her eyes out and a troll comes up to her!! his name is trizek dantan, he found the sburb in this session and built it up. hes an artist/mechanic guy and i hate him hes so fucking evil!! manipulative fuck!!! witch of heart!!!! bitch!!! i hate him. he begins to dote on her and help her basically and yeah theyre together in a few days their ship name is lovebomb and they are insanely bad for each other. rena does whatever he wants and usually whatever he wants is WORLD DOMINATION. NO not even that UNIVERSE DOMINATION MULTIVERSE DOMINATION. hes eeevil.

rena just wants to be useful and doesnt want people to die. she doesnt realize when he takes over a world he purges it, hes implied it but due to rose tinted glasses she just chooses to believe hes joking. hes eevil. so he basically manipulates her to go against her session and she becomes the second big bad guy.. tells her to kill one of her sessionmates that began questioning him when they visited the dreambubbles together so rena could go 'ommgg look at my man' and her sessionmate could go 'your man is a twink who is going to ditch and kill you'. she ends up going after this sessionmate (blanca her name is blanca) in particular and blanca just cleans the floor w/ her i mean omg fucking done for. she dies within a few turns and trizek arrives in the session just then because plot stuff i cant divulge the session is still ongoing chat! dm me for more if youre not in rpgstuck tho

anyways after shes taken to the ship trizek puts a brain ghost in her its 1/2 her thoughts and 1/2 trizeks manipulation so it is Not a good mix. she dropped her chainsaw and was like. dead. so he turned her into a robot!!! omg!!! yay!!!! (she doesnt realize its very SOMA pilled) soo. youch. she looks human its just if she gets injured shes gonna 100% realize.

appearance & design references

rena hachio wears a british school uniform, with a white button down shirt. most of its original appearence however, is hidden by an oversized pink sweater. on her feet, she wears mismatched blue and green colored socks, along with school leather flats. her hair is long and greasy, though depicted as puffy due to 'idealization' on her part. as of current depiction, her hair color is a neon bright blue, with pink highlights. her bangs are notoriously messy, with two strands hugging her face, and the rest falling down to her knees. despite this, two large sections are tied up into two short high pigtails on the sides of her head. they are tied back with pink scrunchies. for bottoms, she wears jean-like shorts.

her eyes never have a set eye color, though yellow and blue are the most commonly used due to their ability to make the rest of the face pop. her ears are pierced, though nothing currently resides in them. in her original version (seen in her current icon), she did not have long hair or headphones. this has since been retconned. she also had a pleated pink school uniform skirt, instead of shorts. i forgot why i changed this, and only realized while writing this. her face is constantly covered in dirt or scratches along with her clothes, and she is never seen without her black and white headphones (with a music note symbol) on the side.

her appearence is mostly based off of early 2020s culture, with tiktok and musical.ly being a big point of reference. instagram aswell, though. she is always depicted in either monochrome or neon colors. while this could be due to a number of reasons, the biggest one is due to her biggest design inspiration: monitoring by deco27, where a girl stalks and obsesses over a boy, psychadelic colors and effect in full. her original hair color is black, though bleached to allow for vibrant colors. she switches out the color (though it will stay neon) every few months if possible. she is described as bug like and cutesy, though she can become 'feral and aggressive' much like a cat at a moments notice.
i love rena shes so chuddy and lovebomb is awesome. she makes my mind go whirrr and i put her in a blender if im feeling nice to her. also she's super cracked
